Treatment

Once the site has been properly assessed and all site safety measures have been installed, we go ahead and repair damage and affected areas.

• Remove existing loose and damaged concrete.
• Clean concrete and water blast.
• Clean and remove all loose, flaking, rusted and damaged steel reinforcement.
• Replace any steel reinforcement that has deteriorated beyond repair.
• Treat steel and concrete with approved priming products.
• Reinstate concrete using high build cementitious approved products such as, Sika or Parchem.
• Once we are completely satisfied that the areas are free of spalling/cancer we reinstate the exact same finishes leaving no evidence of damage or repair work.
